Philosophy 2021 We are equals We are all humans beings that have been for some marvelous unknown reason brought to life sharing the same fate of death dictated by the 2nd law of thermodynamics. We are all unique and choose our own different paths in the world but we walk the earth on equal footing sharing the common beautiful frailty called life heading in the same irreversible direction pointed out by entropy.

Through birth we all share the struggle in gathering enough energy to sustain life for as long as possible. The only thing separating us in our journey is luck. If death is the great equalizer in life than luck is the great divider. Luck of being born in a place of the planet endowed with abilities.

If you believe you are chosen think again as that thought leads to the dangerous dead-end streets history have stored in our collective memory as a warning.

Believing all human beings are of equal value, if just for the sake of logical selfpreservation since you will never know what a another person will call different, then this has practical implications that will possibly start in you with a discussion of what is fair.
